4. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations listed in this policy.
No additional standard shipping fee is charged at checkout for eligible destinations.
5. Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination, shipment size, and delivery requirements, ROCTRY may use the following carriers and logistics providers:
- FedEx
- UPS
- TNT
- CEVA Logistics
Large and heavy office chairs may be shipped through freight/LTL transportation, including delivery arranged through CEVA Logistics or another appropriate freight service.
The carrier selected for an order may vary based on the delivery destination and shipment requirements.
6. Large & Heavy Furniture Delivery
ROCTRY office chairs are large and heavy furniture products. Certain orders may therefore require freight or LTL delivery rather than standard parcel delivery.
For freight shipments:
- Delivery may require additional handling by the carrier.
- Customers should ensure that the delivery address is accessible for large and heavy furniture shipments.
- Carrier delivery procedures may vary depending on the destination and shipment type.
- Customers should inspect the outer packaging upon delivery.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, ROCTRY will send a Tracking Number by email within 24 hours.
The tracking information can be used to monitor the shipment through the applicable carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or junk email folder first. You may also contact ROCTRY Customer Support for assistance.
8. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Packaging
Because our products are large and heavy furniture items, we strongly recommend inspecting the shipment when it arrives.
If the outer packaging has visible damage, including dents, tears, punctures, crushing, or other signs of damage:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging before opening the package.
- If possible, note the visible damage when accepting the delivery.
- After opening the package, take photographs of any product damage.
- Contact ROCTRY Customer Support as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs.
This information helps us investigate transportation-related damage with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. United States Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
11. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages or shipments.
When an order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
12. Taxes & Duties
Applicable taxes and duties are handled according to the destination and the terms displayed at checkout.
Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before the order is completed.
13. Address Changes
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact ROCTRY Customer Support as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.
14. Failed Delivery, Storage & Redelivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that the delivery location can receive large furniture shipments.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional storage or redelivery charges may apply.
Please contact ROCTRY Customer Support if you are unable to receive your shipment.
15. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates that a shipment has been lost or has not been delivered as expected, please contact ROCTRY Customer Support.
We will work with the applicable carrier to investigate the shipment. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, ROCTRY will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund, depending on the circumstances of the order.
16. Delivery Delays
The delivery timeframes stated in this policy are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond ROCTRY's reasonable control.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Roctry office furniture item. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the following policy (shipping fees are non-refundable except for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage).
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Non-Custom Items: You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped or is on backorder.No cancellation is permitted once the item is shipped; if you refuse the package, you will be responsible for return shipping fees (US$100 per item via FedEx / US$300 for truck delivery).
- Custom Items: Order cancellation is not accepted.
2. Return Policy (30-Day Validity)
You must submit a return request to Roctry Customer Service (email: support@roctry.com) within 30 days of receiving your order and before sending the item back. Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the designated return shipping address and a return authorization code. Please do not ship the item until you have received the return shipping address and return authorization code from us. Returns sent without prior approval or without a valid return authorization code will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging, padding, hardware, labels, and receipts retained.
- A valid proof of purchase (e-receipt, order number, or packing slip) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Discount-priced defective items (sold due to quality issues)
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or customer error
- Unauthorized returns (sent without prior contact)
Return-Related Fees
- For returns other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This also applies to returns due to personal preference.
- If original packaging is missing: An additional US$59 repackaging fee will be charged.
3. Damage & Warranty Instructions
Please inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery:
Shipping Damage / Manufacturing Defects
- Submission Window: ≤7 days after delivery
- Steps: Provide your order number & issue description; upload clear photos/videos (showing the issue/packaging); retain original packaging.
- Service: Free refund/exchange/repair; item amount, taxes, and shipping fees will be refunded.
Wrong Item / Missing Item
- Submission Window: ≤7 days after delivery
- Steps: Provide your order number & issue description; upload photos of the received item (for wrong items) or package/contents (for missing items); retain original packaging.
- Service: After verification, we will send the correct/missing item, or provide a refund/exchange (no additional fees).
Incorrect Delivery Address (Customer Error)
- Submission Window: Anytime
- Steps: Contact customer service after the package is returned to arrange re-delivery or return.
- Fees: Customer is responsible for re-delivery fees or return shipping fees of US$50 or more.
4. Refund Details
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any promotional discounts applied to an order are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the refund will be based solely on the actual amount paid by the customer after all applicable discounts have been deducted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Refunds will be processed after the warehouse receives and inspects the return (up to 7 business days, depending on return method):

5. Self-Measurement Responsibility
Ensure the office furniture can fit through all doorways, elevators, stairs, and into the reserved space. For returns due to size issues, refunds will only be issued as Roctry gift cards (restocking fee and original shipping fee will be deducted).
