Warranty
Effective for all purchases made on and after 2025.
At ROCTRY, we design our office chairs with durability, ergonomic support, and everyday performance in mind. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. This limited warranty covers ROCTRY office chairs for three (3) years from the date of delivery, valid for the original purchaser only and non-transferable.
1. What This Warranty Covers
During the 3-year warranty period, ROCTRY will repair or replace—at our sole discretion—any office chair that proves defective in materials, workmanship, or functional performance under normal residential or office use.
The warranty covers:
- Chair frame and structural components
- Base and casters
- Gas lift cylinder
- Tilt mechanism and recline components
- Armrests and height-adjustment components
- Non-electrical functional parts
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. If an item is no longer available, ROCTRY will provide a comparable alternative of equal value.
2. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Normal wear and aging
- Surface scratches, scuffs, dents
- Fabric or leather fading, wrinkling, softening, or compressing over time
- Foam or cushion softening due to normal use
- Improper use or handling
- Misuse, abuse, or exceeding weight limits
- Improper assembly, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs
- Use with non-ROCTRY parts or accessories
- Commercial, rental, or high-traffic public use beyond normal office conditions
- Environmental and accidental damage
- Exposure to sunlight, humidity, mold, extreme temperatures
- Accidents, spills, burns, cuts, or stains
- Damage during moving
- Natural disasters ("acts of God")
Other exclusions
- Products sold "as-is," "final sale," or discounted due to known defects
- Shipping damage not reported within 72 hours of delivery
3. Limitation of Liability
ROCTRY’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to:
- Repair,
- Replacement, or
- Refund (at our discretion, not exceeding the original purchase price).
We are not liable for:
- Labor or assembly costs
- Removal or reinstallation expenses
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of time, business, or profits)
No ROCTRY representative or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
4. How to Request Warranty Service
To file a claim, contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Chair model name
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
Claims without complete documentation may delay processing.
5. Warranty Validity
- Applies only to the original purchaser and the original delivery address
- Not transferable
- Warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement
- Proof of purchase is required
