We specialize in premium office furniture, including ergonomic office chairs, desks, and accessories. Each piece is designed with comfort, durability, and timeless aesthetics in mind.
Some items arrive fully assembled, while office chairs require simple assembly.
All necessary tools and step-by-step instructions are included.
- Most Roctry chairs support up to 400 lbs (181 kg). Please refer to individual product pages for exact weight limits.
- Avoid using alcohol-based or harsh chemical cleaners on leather products.
- Natural materials such as wood may feature variations in grain, texture, or finish—these characteristics are normal and part of their natural beauty.
- Care and maintenance instructions are included with every item.
- You may also visit our Care Guide for detailed cleaning and upkeep recommendations.
- We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.
- If you need precise color matching, please contact us to request material samples.
- All designs, engineering standards, and quality control are managed by our headquarters in Colorado, USA.
- Production is carried out by certified partner factories across multiple countries, ensuring global craftsmanship with consistent quality.
Orders & Payment
- All applicable sales taxes are fully covered by us.
- You will not be charged any additional tax regardless of your shipping location.
- Gift card purchases are also tax-free.

- United States: 6–12 business days
- International: 25–35 business days
- Custom orders: 35–50 business days
Yes. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and exclude used discounts.
- Orders that have not shipped or are out of stock can be cancelled.
- Custom-made products are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
