Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage, defects, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your item.
Final-sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped or is on backorder. Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled at any time.
Each product is packaged specifically to protect it during transit. Returning an item without its original packaging increases the risk of damage during return shipping and may affect your refund eligibility.
We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging until you’ve confirmed the product is right for your space. This helps ensure a smooth return process and protects your refund rights.
For returns not caused by product defects or damage, we charge return shipping to cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
This allows us to maintain high service standards and fair pricing while ensuring all returned items are processed properly and safely.
