1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
We provide a limited warranty for our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is determined by the component type and the platform of purchase.
1.1 Warranty Periods by Component

1.2 Commencement of Warranty
- Standard Orders: The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, as evidenced by your order confirmation or tracking information.
- Crowdfunding Orders (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc.): The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product, based on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery provided by the customer.
2. Our Service Commitment
If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the applicable warranty period under normal use, ROCTRY will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair or Replace: Provide free repair or replacement of the defective parts.
- Modular Support: For modular components (e.g., base, seat base with armrests, backrest support, backrest, gas lift, or neck pillow), we will ship replacement parts directly to you free of charge and provide instructional videos to guide you through the replacement process.
- Comparable Alternatives: If a specific model or part is no longer available, we will provide a comparable alternative of equal value.
3. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Surface scratches, scuffs, dents, or the natural fading and softening of fabrics, leather, and foam over time.
- Improper Use: Misuse, abuse, exceeding weight limits, or use in environments for which the product was not designed.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any repairs, alterations, or disassemblies performed by unauthorized parties.
- External Factors: Damage caused by accidents, spills, burns, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or natural disasters.
- Commercial Use: Products used for commercial, rental, or high-traffic public settings unless explicitly approved for such use.
- Non-ROCTRY Parts: Use of the product with third-party accessories or components not approved by ROCTRY.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient claim process, please follow these steps:

Please include the following in your email:
- Order Number and purchase platform
- Product Model Name
- Description of the issue
- Visual evidence (clear photos or videos)

Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Important Legal Terms
- Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- No Extension: Repair or replacement of a part does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
- Limitation of Liability: ROCTRY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Final Authority: ROCTRY reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the validity of any warranty claim.
